SoMaa didn't begin as a business. It began in the quiet.

There's a phase of life when the world finally slows down. When the years of giving and raising and doing are behind you, and what's left is a kind of silence you don't quite know how to fill. I sat with that silence for a while. And then, almost without meaning to, I started to create.

Pouring wax, blending fragrances, shaping something warm and soft with my own hands. It wasn't planned. It wasn't a plan at all. It was just me, slowly finding my way back to myself.

Somewhere between the melting and the setting, I noticed something else was happening too. Each piece I made seemed to hold a feeling. A memory. A small moment I didn't even know I was carrying. That's when I understood that this wasn't a product. It was a story. A story of slowing down, of returning to yourself, of realising that the quiet years aren't empty at all - they're the years that finally give you room to create.

That's how SoMaa was born. Made slowly. Made by hand. Made from within.
